What's included in the onboarding fee?

System setup, venue configuration, initial staff training and custom branding for your venue are all included.

Is there a long-term contract?

After an initial six-month commitment, subscriptions continue month to month. That gives us time to integrate the service properly while keeping things flexible.

How is the SMS fee calculated?

SMS usage is charged at 7.5¢ per credit. A standard message of up to 160 characters uses one credit; longer messages may use additional credits.

Are there any other hidden fees?

No. The monthly subscription covers software access, updates and standard support. The only additional costs are onboarding and SMS usage.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. Multi-venue organisations and teams with high SMS usage can contact us for pricing tailored to their requirements.

What kind of support is included?
