Is there a long-term contract?
We offer flexible month-to-month subscriptions after an initial 6-month commitment. This allows you to evaluate the service thoroughly while giving us time to properly integrate with your venue.
How is the SMS fee calculated?
SMS costs are calculated per credit at 7.5¢ per credit. A single message may require multiple credits depending on its length. Standard SMS messages (up to 160 characters) use 1 credit, while longer messages use additional credits. You're only charged for messages that are actually sent.
Are there any other hidden fees?
No. Our pricing is transparent with no hidden costs. The monthly fee covers all software usage, updates, and standard support. The only additional costs are the initial onboarding fee and per-SMS charges.
